Cut out black suede to fit into the glove compartment. This gives it a more luxurious look, and also has the added benefit of making things put into the glove box less prone to move around and rattle during journeys.

Inserted reflective black decals into the "Celica" indentation on the boot. Got these from Mark at Funky Styling who I cannot recommend highly enough.Found them to be a top class company to deal with, supplying great products.

Fitted chrome rings over the dashboard dials (speedo, rev counter and fuel/temperature guage). I also cut chrome vinyl to fit over the horizontal plastic stips of the fuel/temperature guage.

Fitted new wiper blades all round. These are called "Flat Fusion" wiper blades which offer an advanced technology on standard wiper blades being far more curved and flexible offering thousands of points of contact to the glass, as opposed to 4 to 8 points on standard blades. Frist impressions seem favourable. They seem to clear the windscreen quite well, and are also very quiet. I purchased these on eBay for a total of £23.45 for all 3. Click here for wiper sizes

Fitted mesh to the bottom air intake of the front bumper, and also to the inside of the bonnet scoop.

Replaced carbon fibre number plate surrounds with an old chrome set which I painted Chilli Red.

Fitted new alloys to downsize from Fox5 Evo's on 225/35/18's. I fitted Lenso KR5's with Toyo Proxes T1-R's. I ordered these from Wheel Worx

Fitted a C1 Bonnet Scoop. Ordered on eBay, delivered on 28/08/2007. I primed, painted and laquered this over 2 weeks. The Paint Code for Chilli Red is 3P0.

Fitted K&N panel filter (part no. 33-2041-1). While I had the filter box open I also removed the butterfly valve. This should give the engine a slightly nicer and louder sound over 3000 rpm. Click here for full instructions on how to change the air filter and de-butterfly.

Oil+filter change. Installed standard Toyota oil filter, and changed to 5w40 fully synthetic oil. I also added a bottle of Molyslip and installed a magnetic sump plug.
